OUR MISSION is a high quality remodeler and homebuilder.
We are a family owned business serving the Portland metropolitan area. A fourth generation Oregonian, Jim Bruce owns and manages the company. Jim was formerly a partner for 15 years at Irving Development Co. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are no accident. Jim directly supervises his own projects and is onsite to ensure each project adheres to the quality for which our company is known. Customer service is just as important as a quality product. We strive to ensure that every client is given the attention they deserve.

We are also furthering our education in the field to keep abreast of all the new advancements in our profession.

Licenses:  JB Construction Services, Inc. is licensed by the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). We have an impeccable record, are financially stable and have never had an order or judgment filed against us.

Memberships:
Remodelers Council of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. This professional association keeps us abreast of the latest building codes, new products in the industry and quality business practices. It is part of what makes us “Professional Remodelers”
